A new outdoor gathering place is taking root in Loris, South Carolina.
We're developing 43 acres into a place to gather, walk, create, learn, bring your dog, discover local businesses, and spend a little more time outside.
Our first walking trails and community gatherings are planned to begin as early as OCTOBER 15, 2026, with details currently being finalized.

Creative Presence works closely with Two Shepherds Signature Dog Care & Training, bringing years of hands-on dog care, training and behavior experience into the community we're building.
Together, we're creating opportunities for dogs and their people to enjoy the property through community walks, walking trails, training programs, social experiences and dedicated dog-friendly spaces as the property continues to develop.
